Rachel Giannini is an early childhood specialist, advocate, and speaker dedicated to helping educators and families better understand young children. She is also the host of a video blog and stars in Spy School on Hellosaurus.
Rachel's work spans public speaking, curriculum design, and early childhood commentary. Her writing, insights, and videos have been featured in The New York Times, Vox, Too Small to Fail, HuffPost, Child Care Exchange, and Chicago Parent.
She holds an MFA in Museum Education from the University of Illinois and also volunteers as a hospital magician with Open Heart Magic, bringing joy and wonder to children and their families.

Mike Browne (he/him) is an Afro-Caribbean educator, coach, consultant, and storyteller who brings a relationship-centered approach to early learning. Raised in New York, his work is grounded in ancestral wisdom while helping children, families, and educators embrace culturally responsive practices and find joy in learning.
Mike co-hosts Napcast, a podcast exploring early learning with Nick Terrones, and Parallel Play, the Office of Head Start's national podcast focused on toddler development. Before entering the early childhood field, he was a tap dancer and collegiate athlete and has lived and worked in London, Spain, and across the United States.
