T.E.A.C.H. (Teacher Education And Compensation Helps) is a nationally licensed scholarship program built on the principles of partnership, collaboration and strengthening existing systems. The purpose is to increase education, increase compensation of teachers and reduce turnover in center, group and family child care programs.
